Someone once told me that the first alien tech level ships (antigravity capabilities, field distortion propulsion, etc) engineered and developed by the military were actually submarines, and that’s why there are so many cigar shaped ufos / uap sightings especially back in the older ones of the 60s etc. They’re actually USOs that can fly in air just the same.
